Dear Colleagues and Our Valuable Stakeholders,

The year 2023, the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, is of great importance for the Turkish nation. On October 29, 1923, at 20.30, the Republic was proclaimed as the most appropriate form of government for the character and customs of the Turkish Nation. With the declaration of the Republic, which is an administration with high moral values and qualifications, in the Grand National Assembly, a new era has opened in Turkish history. The nation has taken its own will into its own hands by choosing the people who will rule the state, and the sovereignty belongs to the Turkish Nation unconditionally.

In this context, the main theme of this year's conference is “In the 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Turkey, in order to bring together researchers from different disciplines of social sciences who are interested in the subject and to ensure that the social, economic and political issues and policies to be implemented in the 100th anniversary of our Republic are discussed from different aspects. Social, Economic and Political Issues and Policies” subheadings are available on the conference website.

In this framework, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University International Social Sciences Conference III, the theme of which was determined as "Social, Economic and Political Issues and Applied Policies in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Turkey", will be held online by Biga Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences on 5-6 July 2023.
